Dan Sedor has contributed significantly to the growth of Leadership Resources as a premier provider of long-term, results-oriented development processes.  He has over 25 years of experience in Sales Management, Human Resources, and Engineering while working for three international corporations.  Dan has implemented over 50 significant organizational changes that have improved top line revenue, bottom line costs, or overall profitability.  What sets Dan apart is his positive approach, even when he’s responsible for implementing tough decisions that impact people’s lives.

In 2006, Dan was awarded the coveted LMI Facilitator of the Year award.  He has personally trained and presented to over 10,000 business professionals and the numbers continue to grow.  His wide array of experiences and skills include strategic planning, leadership development, project management, developing and facilitating training, enhancing the performance of sales and customer service teams, and integrating human behaviors through systems, processes, and procedures.  Dan draws on these experiences to effectively consult with Leadership Resources’ clients in assessing what matters most to their organization and providing options for improving these strategic needs.

Dan attended Iowa State University and earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering in 1984.

In addition to being a member of and volunteering at Southwood Lutheran Church, Dan is a member of the Lincoln Chamber of Commerce, serving as an ambassador.  Dan is also a member of LIBA and graduate of Leadership Lincoln, Class of 2004-2005.  He frequently offers assistance to Youth Leadership Lincoln, Lincoln Council on Alcoholism and Drugs, and other community causes.

Dan enjoys spending time with his family.  He is an avid sports fan and has devoted much of his lifetime to coaching youth sports.  In 2008, Dan authored MODEL Coach, a common sense guide for coaches of youth sports.
